Shootinhorse.com believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. Shootinhorse.com takes precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software currently available in the industry - SSL. Shootinhorse.com uses the most advanced form of SSL software available: 128-bit encryption.

Credit Card & Payment Information
Shootinhorse.com accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA. COD's are not accepted, but shootinhorse.com will accept prepaid orders.

SALES TAX
9.5% only charged to TN residents.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCOUNT

If you have a question about credit card charges relating to your order (such as refunds, issued credits, double charges, etc.), you can contact a customer service representative via e-mail or call us at (931)381-1903. If you have any questions about your MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express, please contact your credit card company directly.

Shipping
Our standard shipping method is surface delivery via UPS. Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories should receive their orders within 3-4 weeks. These services are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. ShootingHorse.com will make every attempt to have items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Upon completion of your order, a screen will appear that confirms your order. In addition, an e-mail confirmation, with a summary of your order and order number will be sent.

Saddle Policy

All saddles have a conditional 3 to 10 year guarantee on the tree and the workmanship to the original purchaser with receipt. If the saddle does not fit your horse or you are not satisfied with it, you may return the saddle within ten days of receiving it. The customer will pay for shipment back to ShootinHorse.com, and a full refund minus the original shipping cost and 10% restocking fee will be issued. If the saddle has been used or shows any sign of use, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and in cases where use or damage would force the sale as a ‘used’ saddle additional fees may apply.  Many of our saddles are custom made and may take between 10 - 14 weeks to receive.


Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned in new, unused condition within fifteen days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.
